Refund and Cancellation Policy
Web Design and Web Development
Payments and deposits for design and/or development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Tidemark Creative LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
Other Digital Marketing Services
Payments for Search Engine Optimization, PPC, Social Media Management, Website Maintenance, Content, and other digital marketing services are nonrefundable, and Tidemark Creative LLC does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All setup fees are nonrefundable as they are applied to costs immediately incurred by Tidemark Creative LLC in initiating services. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Tidemark Creative LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is tantamount to fraud and is an inappropriate (and possibly illegal) legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Payments for web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If you do not use the account, payment for hosting services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 30 days after the due date of payment is not received.
Account Termination for Violation of these Terms
Tidemark Creative LLC reserves the right to disable and/or terminate a user’s account if a user is found in violation of these terms. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Refunds must be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests received by any other method including direct email to a staff member or forum private message cannot be considered or processed.
Change of Mind
For a Change of Mind refund request to be considered, it must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
We do not require that you provide a reason for your request, but your feedback is appreciated. Tidemark Creative LLC may grant Change of Mind refund requests at its sole discretion and approval. If a change of mind refund request is granted, the client must pay a 20% (twenty) percent processing fee to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project. Change of mind refunds applies only to single purchases. Except under extenuating circumstances, and at our sole discretion, there will be no refunds on volume purchases.
